In-network & out-of-network
Esteban Counseling is in-network with many major insurance plans, and clients with other plans can often use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement.
In-network plans currently accepted:
Don’t see your plan? You may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. I can provide a monthly superbill — an itemized receipt you submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
Questions to ask your insurer
- Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?
- What’s my deductible, and has it been met?
- What percentage is reimbursed for CPT code 90837?
- How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
Sliding scale
A limited number of reduced-fee spots are reserved for clients facing financial hardship. If cost is a barrier, please reach out — we’ll talk honestly about options. Care should be within reach.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before starting care. You’ll receive one in writing, and you can request one any time.
